Special Family Resources
- When a family member has a disability or
chronic illness, the whole family is Services for Children - Our services for children are expanding. Experienced child therapists at Alternative Choices utilize cognitive behavioral approaches along with age appropriate art, movement and other activities to work with children of all ages, beginning at age 2. Individual play-based therapies and social skills groups are offered. Click on the group programs heading for social skills groups information. Group Programs - We offer group work on specific issues from time to time in addition to our on-going Social Skills groups for children and teens, and our new Living Outside of Violence groups also for children. Local and National Conferences - Find out when and where Dr. Robert Naseef, co-founder of Alternative Choices and Director of our Special Family Resources will be presenting on topics helpful for parents and/or professionals.
