The Libby Fernandez Award will be given to a parent/caregiver of a child with an emotional, social or behavioral disability. This outstanding family member shall have demonstrated exceptional achievement in the areas of:
-leading a support group,
-mentoring other parents, and/or
-advocating for children with emotional, social, or behavioral disabilities.

A monetary award will be presented during a luncheon on December 6, 2008. Contact kpfc@kypartnership.net for an application.

The Betty Triplett Award will be given to an outstanding professional who has demonstrated exceptional achievement in:
-offering services,
-leading a program,
-advocating, and/or
-going “beyond the call of duty” for children and families dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral disabilities.
